The arizona style seems much comfier i could never get on with madrids.
Birko flor vs leather review.
I read the descriptions for birkibuc birkoflor and they weren t very clear.
So i ve been looking to get a pair of birkenstocks online and there s a discount code that expires today so i won t be able to try them on feel them in person.
Birko felt is a synthetic fiber and rayon blend which is soft but washable while birko nubuk resembles nubuk leather but is made from synthetic materials.
My leather ones are really soft and comfy after they re broken in fully.
Doesn t stretch or fade.
Birko flor combined fleece inners keep your feet feeling soft against the uppers and an easy to clean pvc outer synthetic gives a little texture and appeal to the upper.
For those who want to know the birko flor refers to the vegan nature of the leather uppers.

I didn t really have that issue with the birko flor pair i own.
Birkoflor is synthetic and doesn t improve with age.
Acrylic polyamide with felt backing.
For a first pair i always recommend the leather soft footbed arizona style in a neu.
Of course leather will break in over time and will improve with age.
Clean with a wet washcloth.
Birkibuc looks and feels more similar to nubuck leather with a slight nap on the surface.
I have the birko flor it tends to come in much prettier designs.
I have both and they both have their advantages but i imagine you are talking about getting your first pair of birkenstock or you probably wouldn t be asking.
Birko flor synthetic alternative from birkenstock to smooth leather.
Smooth vinyl with a compressed felt backing.
Birko flor is made from soft acrylic and polyamide felt fibres with a durable smooth leather like finish.
Oiled leather is supple but the inside can be rough and the edges of the straps can be sharp until you ve put a lot of miles on them.
Birko flor is very soft on your foot because there is a lining of fleece on the underside.
The birko flor material does not stretch like leather.
They regularly get chucked in the washing machine as well and come out good as new.
The birko flor is immediately soft and comfortable while the leather takes some time to break in and always rubs uncomfortably on parts of my feet when i first wear them.
Making it fairly easy to wear right out of the box without risking blisters like with the leather.
While the tops appear stiff the underside of the birko flor has a very soft jersey like quality.
